All products sold by BNNT, LLC are subject to the following Terms and Conditions including environmental health and safety regulations and export controls. The laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the U.S. apply to all sales.
Order acceptance
Orders are subject to acceptance by BNNT, LLC including but not limited to evaluation of export control and environmental, health and safety certifications.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping will usually be via FedEx or UPS. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature for delivery. Charges will be added for any special handling, special export control filings and import/export fees.
United States: $50 for up to 1 gram. $15 additional per gram or fraction thereof for amounts above 1 gram.
International: $150 for up to 1 gram. $15 additional per gram or fraction thereof for amounts above 1 gram.
Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
The English version of the SDS (MSDS) for North America (including U.S.) or European Union will be included in all shipments. If an SDS version is needed in a different language or meeting different requirements, include this in the order; additional charges may be incurred. If the emergency phone contact in the SDS must be in the receiving country and speak that country’s language, additional charges may be incurred.

All orders will be confirmed via email. All orders must include the Customer Organization’s certification for export control and environmental, health and safety.
EPA TSCA PMN SNUR considerations
The utilization of the BNNT material will meet the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s requirements for the Research and Development (R&D) Exemption. If the planned utilization of the BNNT material is for commercial distribution, BNNT, LLC must be notified at least six months in advance such that U.S. Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) PreManufacture Notice (PMN) Significant New Use Rules (SNUR) requirements can be met.
Prices, shipping, handling
All prices domestic and foreign are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, insurance, customs charges or any associated special requests. Most orders will utilize 2nd day express shipments. Any additional insurance is at the customer’s expense. The FOB point for all shipments from or to BNNT, LLC is Newport News, Virginia, U.S.

Material properties, limited liability and returns
All BNNT material is sold by weight and “as is.” The characterizations in the product listing on the website are for nominal material and may have modest differences from delivered material. BNNT, LLC’s liability is limited to the sales price and no other warranty is expressed or implied. If within 30 days of receipt the material is considered to be defective, communicate and receive approval via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. prior to any return, and BNNT, LLC will at its option refund the purchase price or replace the material.
Foreign sales, export control including deemed export to U.S. locations
BNNT is classified by the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) under Export Administration Regulations (EAR) as a category EAR99 item. See the Export Control page on the website, www.bnnt.com, for links to entities and locations that require additional licensing.
